(ANSA) - MILAN, JANUARY 3 - Attacking the carabinieri cost a 27-year-old citizen who was arrested in Gargagnate Milanese (Milan).
The young man, around 9 am, had a violent quarrel with a friend, a 25 year old, in his house, and the neighbors called the carabinieri. When the military in Rho (Milan) arrived, he found him drunk who attacked them with loud pushes, and was arrested for resistance to public officials.
Judged with a very direct rite, it was decided for the obligation of daily appearance before the judicial police, the so-called 'signing obligation' and the suspension of the payment of citizenship income.
