(ANSA) - MILAN, JAN 03 - As soon as the information from the State Police has been sent, the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office will open an investigation into the riots in via Gola that took place on New Year's Eve and in particular on the fire attack that occurred for try to extinguish a stake hanged by a group of boys. The prosecutor Alberto Nobili, the person in charge of the Milanese anti-terrorism who will coordinate the investigation, is awaiting the investigators' report which should arrive shortly on the table. From what has been learned, for now the disputes concern episodes of resistance to public officials (non-injuries), damage and port of improper weapons. In fact, from the first deferrals a apparently toy gun would have been used.
