"Must not miss" system

Isn't all dogs cute? So this is what an MRI scan published this week on another network claims. Actor and comedian Andy Richter posted an MRI scan of his best friend's dog and proved that "man's best friend" can be very creepy at times. Richter tweeted the X-ray of the dog with his bulging eyes and wrote: "My friend's phage went to the vet."

The post attracted more than 132,000 likes, with many entertaining at the expense of the poor dog. "I didn't stop laughing for two straight minutes," one said, adding: "Amazing. Pugs may be the only creature in the wild that looks exactly like its MRI scan." Another wrote: "It's the cutest and scariest thing I've ever seen in my life. Thank you for the nightmares that this picture will bring me tonight." Another user wrote: "Who would have thought that Pug dogs are aliens?" After the tweet went viral, Andy updated, adding that the phage was actually flattered by the attention he received and not offended.

"This cute look is definitely harmful to the animal"

But there is also a serious side to this laugh. Dr. Rory Kwalam, a veterinarian from London, explained to The Independent that although most MRI scans, including those of humans, would appear to be abnormal in the untrained eye, the phage's image is certainly "strange-looking." Neurological in the dog, however, took the opportunity to remind us of the damage that humans do to phage dogs.

The pug's bulging eyes and nose look cute - but reveal a serious health condition. Humans have incarcerated and bred the phage dogs unnatural for many years, with the aim of improving the breed in terms of its external appearance, but the doggy structure of the dogs - which apparently also makes them very cute - creates many medical problems for them. Pug dogs suffer from breathing problems, they have trouble getting their tongue out and breathing - especially in the summer. They also suffer from skin problems due to the folds in their skin and fur, and drop out throughout the seasons. Because of their distorted physiology, their eyes are particularly prominent - which also leads to various eye infections and diseases.

Their cute looks cause many health problems

Dr Kwalam explained: "Their faces have been shortened due to an intensive human reproduction process, unfortunately. They have massive eyes and even a crush - this is a condition called brachycephalism (short head). The English Bulldog, Boxer, Pekinese and Shi-Tzu are also breechespals (with a facial structure) and these often suffer from upper respiratory system and spinal problems. Because the phage and bulldog have a crushed nose, their breathing becomes ineffective and they may faint in time of over-exertion. They are also unable to cool themselves properly, which puts them at risk of heat stroke. Man has nurtured them so that they look more like human babies, because we find it cute, but unfortunately that cute look is definitely detrimental to the animal. "

But look how cute they are
