Conor McGregor is back in the cage. "The Notorious" will face "CowBoy Cerrone" on January 18, 2020 in Las Vegas. After almost two years of absence and a defeat against Khabib Nurmagomedov, the Irishman will put the gloves on for UFC 246. But it is not this future fight which makes speak but the accusations against the Irish champion.
At the press conference preceding the fight, an American journalist tried to question the champion on the charges of sexual assault against him in Ireland. He was booed by the fighter's supporters and Dana White, the head of the combat federation, ended the exchange.
A few days earlier, during an interview with ESPN, Conor McGregor had already evaded the question of a journalist on this subject.
