(ANSA) - ROME, JANUARY 17 - The latest data from ARPA aRoma attest to a growth in the ECUs with overruns of the limit of Pm10. Yesterday, the day of the last survey, eleven sutredici were 'outlawed'. Since Tuesday, specific traffic limitation measures have been applied in the city which also concern diesel engines up to Euro 6. On Monday, the units with values above the threshold were eight out of thirteen, Tuesday 'and Wednesday were nine out of thirteen. Yesterday by ARPA they explained that this situation, which is also critical in the Sacco Valley, is generated both by the presence of air pollutants and by the lack of rainfall and ventilation that determines its stagnation and accumulation. The forecast to date is of an improvement in weather conditions from tomorrow and a general return of the Pm10 in the parameters since the beginning of next week.
Sunday in Rome is also scheduled for ecological Sunday.
