(ANSA) - FLORENCE, JANUARY 17 - Seven people have been remanded to Florence by the gup Gianluca Mancuso after an investigation by the DDA on a mechanism of alleged false claims to obtain residence permits. The disputed accusations are, of course, the accusations of ideological falsehood committed by the private public act and material falsity. Five men and a woman from Somalia and a man from Sudan go to trial. First hearing on February 3. For the investigations, conducted by the squadramobile and coordinated by the prosecutor Giuseppina Mione, some investigations would have declared fictitious residences to the municipal registry and to the immigration office of the police headquarters so as to be suitable for the issue of residence permits for humanitarian reasons and travel titles. In reality they lived in occupied buildings among which the building in via Spaventa would also result, which was occupied in January 2017 by Somalis who previously lived in a shed destroyed by a fire, in which a 44-year-old died.
