(ANSA) - MOSCOW, JAN 18 - Moscow Sheremetyevo airport inaugurated the first part of its new terminal C yesterday, which will serve up to 20 million passengers a year, bringing the maximum capacity of the Muscovite airport to 80 million people.
The project cost over $ 500 million. The second part of the terminal, which will serve up to 10 million people a year, is expected to be completed by 2026. The new terminal is the fifth of the Sheremetyevo international airport, considered the largest Russian airport.
