(ANSA) - ROME, JAN 20 - The new ISIS leader, the 'Caliph' Abu Ibrahim, has been identified by Western intelligence in Amir Mohammed Abdul Rahman al-Mawli al-Salbi, known by the name of war of Hajji Abdullah . The Guardian reports it, citing two sources from two different intelligence services.
