Do you know the cobbler trial barefoot? So if I told you that three influential, leading and breakthrough fitness trainers in the field who have weighed dozens of pounds more than their weight today, would you believe?

Life turns out, leads us to different places, and it touches everyone. Even in those whose entire world today is a healthy lifestyle, exercise and changing lives of hundreds of trainers. I interviewed three senior coaches who, at different times in life, did a makeover, dropping more than 100kg together. The images since then suddenly look like a distant, very distant reality.

Diamond: "Low self-esteem - and high weight"

The story of the Mazuz diamond from Jerusalem begins in adolescence. "As a girl, I was never satisfied with the visibility of my body, and my inner story was - you're full. So all the actions I chose were trial and error of unhealthy weight loss strategies. Even if there were moments when I really liked what I saw - it didn't last. Time, "says Mazuz. "The body image led me. He created emotional eating. No matter how much exercise I did - no change in diet and thinking I did not achieve the desired result over time."

So what brought you to perceptual change and where you are today?
"The real change started only as soon as I realized that I was important, and that I had incredible mental strength as a woman, and continued to be the best version of myself. And natural changes, I can say that I love my body! Changing my focus and inner story has led to the right strategy. "

Mazuz Diamond is running a unique program that combines coaching with movement, creating "body-loving people who love," and having a school "move in a different mind" to advanced training in the fitness world.

Kern: "In every pregnancy I gained 30 pounds"

Keren teaches, went through what many women go through during pregnancy. "Between the nausea and the strange sensations in the body, the great excitement, the preoccupation with myself and what is to come - I chose to put aside the regime and what seemed to be right or wrong, and just let go. To give way to delicious things, to the fulfillment of the mind. As a result, I sometimes got over eaten, Which ultimately manifested a 30kg increase in each of the two pregnancies, ”she says.

Does it seem right to you today to just release?
"Look, what is right for one is not always true for another. There is an element of self-control, there is a health element and there is also the emotional aspect, it is a complex issue."
What do you recommend for women during or near pregnancy today?
"My answer is Balance. I would not recommend anyone to put on 30 pounds. Yes, I would like to allow yourself to exceed, listen to body and mind, but don't forget to take responsibility and maintain balance. What goes up should ultimately come down and that - you must not forget."

Keren Melamed owns a HERATBEAT studio in Rosh Hayin, specializing in small group training.

Yoav: "the bitter inaction in marathons"

Yoav Shimon changed his life from end to end: After reaching 140 pounds and following a consultation with the family doctor, Yoav decided to undergo gastric shortening. Since then, his life has changed so significantly that he abandoned his previous profession and became a long-running coach and a full-time fitness coach.

"What happened is, in fact, the bitter inaction in long runs, and I reached marathons and ultra marathons," says Simon.
But what was there in the previous life that made you reach 140 pounds?
"Life itself. A lot of working hours, too little self-awareness and too much self-neglect. By the time I reached 140 pounds."
Lots of people undergoing gastric shortening are back to their previous weight. Do you have a tip for them?
"Never raise hands, that is my motto, and that I pass on to the trainers. The line to lead is to choose small steps and goals, and to meet them. In the end, they will serve us in reaching the long-term goal of good weight and good health."

Yoav Shimon is the owner of YFITNESS RUNNERS who specializes in running and fitness training alongside mental training for athletes.
