Envelopes full of money that passed from the lawyer Luca Giuliante, ex-Ruby lawyer and among the defendants in the 'Ruby ter' trial, to Karima El Mahroug herself.
It is the center of the testimony that was given during the trial that has among the 29 defendants Silvio Berlusconi, accused of corruption in judicial documents, by the Peruvian custodian of the building in Milan where the professional had his studio.
The witness told, answering the questions of the adjunct Tiziana Siciliano, that he had brought these "envelopes", which Giuliante had entrusted to him, twice in 2014, once to the same Karima and once to a friend of hers, always on Ruby's indication. "Once - he explained - it seems to me that Giuliante said to me 'be careful that there is money'".

He also said that he had been paid "150 euros" for this service and that on one of the two occasions he had not been told that there was money inside. The porter kept us from saying to the judges: "I have not done anything wrong, I thank this country that has given me everything".

"Before she called me, Ruby - clarified the witness - and told me to go to Luca (Giuliante, ed) to take some envelopes to bring them to Genoa from her. The lawyer gave me the envelope and I never allowed myself to ask what was inside ". The assistant prosecutor Tiziana Siciliano read, however, some WhatsApp messages of October 2014 in which the concierge spoke with Ruby, for three consecutive days, and both referred to an envelope with "money".

"She had become a bit heavy because she thought I worked for her," added the man, who explained, instead, that he was a friend of the lawyer Giuliante, also accused by the prosecutors of corruption in court documents, because he allegedly acted as an intermediary in the delivery of money from Berlusconi to the girl, whose 'silence' on the evenings in Arcore would have been paid by the leader of FI, as well as that of other 'little olives'.

In a phase of his deposition, the witness was moved and also wanted to say directly to the judges of the VII penal section: "I am in a country that has given me everything, I am not used to these things, I have not done anything bad".
