(ANSA) - CAIRO, JAN 20 - Libyan Prime Minister Fayez al-Sarraj "has announced his refusal to participate again in talks with the commander of the Libyan National Army Khalifa Haftar", while saying that he respects the conclusions of the Berlin conference and the cease-fire. Several Arab media reported it after the German summit where Haftar and Sarraj followed the work from two different rooms and did not participate in the round table together with the other leaders.
