(ANSA) - MILAN, JAN 21 - A body was found more than 3 years ago in front of the cemetery of Nerviano (Milan) and immediately thought of a suicide. With the autopsy, however, it was discovered that to cause the death of Maurizio Capizzi, 48, had been a gunshot. Investigations have now established that the man's partner and her lover were the one to kill him and, above all, that Capizzi himself asked, after attempting the suicide, to be killed.
For this reason the prosecutor Bianca Maria Baj Macario, after the investigation also closed by prosecutor Antonio Cristillo, asked for the trial for Elena Re and for Flavio Sermasi, who in January 2017 had been investigated for voluntary murder, with the new accusation of "murder of the consenter" for that death on December 31, 2016. It emerged that the victim, a construction contractor of originsiciliana and tried by a long illness, had left a ticket where he explained his will to be killed.
