(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, JANUARY 21 - The EU has convened an ordinary meeting of the European Policy and Security Committee (COPS) on Libya for Friday. It is learned from European diplomatic fonts. This will begin work on the mandate of the council for the remodulation of the Sophia operation, which will have to be deeply revised to address it on the monitoring of the arms embargo, not only by sea but also by air and hopefully by land.
