The British Parliament has closed the process for the ratification of the law implementing the agreement on the exit from the EU, definitively opening the way to Brexit at the deadline of 31 January. The House of Lords has in fact renounced to re-propose its 5 amendments to the text, unwelcome to the Johnson government, which the Elective House of Commons had previously canceled.
Now for the law to enter into force, only the due act of the signature of the queen (Royal Assent) is missing. Then the expected ratification of the European Parliament is expected.
