(ANSA) - LONDON, JAN 22 - Farewell to Terry Jones, one of the great protagonists of the epic of Monty Python, the comic group capable of marking an era - in the United Kingdom and in the world - fratv, cinema and theater. The Welsh actor and musician died at 77 years old, as announced by his agent.
Jones is the second of Monty Python to exit forever after the Graham Chapman. Of the group, long dissolved, John Cleese, Terry Gilliam, Eric Idle and Michael Palin remain in the breach, who with Terry Jones - known young at Oxford, where they had both graduated - had poised a close-knit tandem of authors of texts.
