(ANSA) - GENOVA, 22 JAN - A preventive emergency monitoring plan on possible soil movements where the Veilino viaduct insists, in the A12 between Genova Est and Genova Nervi, in case of weather alert. This is what Aspi agreed with the inspector of the Ministry of Infrastructure Placido Migliorino after inspections on 5 infrastructures in the A12. It is the first time that such a measure has been taken on the Ligurian network.
In the meantime, in order to carry out preparatory activities for "an intervention to restore the central part of the deck" of the Viailino viaduct, the Estdalle roadway has been closed from 10pm until 6am tomorrow. The intervention was agreed by Mit and Aspi after an inspection ordered by the same ministry. Vehicles heading towards Sestri Levant will move on the opposite (West) carriageway where the double direction of travel has been established. Inspections also to viaducts Scrivia Pietrafraccia and Scrivia Arnasso in A7. "They have advanced deterioration. The first, from the 1930s, is to be redone".
