(ANSA) - FOGGIA, JANUARY 23 - The prefect of Foggia, RaffaeleGrassi has issued 10 anti-mafia disqualifications to companies from Manfredonia and Cerignola in numerous sectors. The recipients are GL, Marine, Divine Whims, Cinflo and Brugida Matteo di Manfredonia companies; Moviland of Vieste and, in Cerignola, the companies Antoniello Mauro, M.Petroli of RobertaMottola, Mondo Games Srls and Tradecenter srl.
"We must drain the reference basin of the so-called gray area," said the prefect. "The commercial and entrepreneurial activities must be free from mafia conditions - he added - we want a freedom of clean business. At the same time, criminal organizations must be prevented from penetrating the sectors of the Public Administration to guarantee its good performance".
"Therefore - he concludes - the danger of this happening has led me to take these administrative measures.
We will continue to carry out anti-mafia monitoring activities in the city and in the province ".
