(ANSA) - PORDENONE, JANUARY 23 - "Making parallels, to say the least, of a story that has not yet been defined, convicendas for which years and processes have been committed, I find it absolutely offensive". This was stated by the head of the police Franco Gabrielli answering a question on the comparison between the death of the Georgian citizen Vakhtang Enukidze, held in the CPR of Gradisca (Gorizia), and the Cucchi case, advanced by the radical MP Riccardo Magi. Gabrielli spoke at the amargine of a conference on security. "In these hours - Gabrielli continued - there are very serious statements: saying that this person died from the beatings suffered when there is an investigation in progress and an autopsy must still be carried out is nothing short of daring". Finally Gabrielli concluded: "I believe that in this country we need a little more respect". (HANDLE).
