(ANSA) - ROME, JAN 23 - In Libya "there is a risk" that "within a few days" oil production will plummet to the lowest levels since the fall of Muammar Gaddafi in 2011. The alert came from the head of the Libyan oil agency, MustafaSanalla, in an interview with the Financial Times. Due to the blockade of oil terminals in the Libyan east ordered by Khalifa Haftar, the production of the wells is expected to reach "72 thousand barrels per day". "The situation worsens day by day, the blockages are illegal and must be removed," warns Sanalla.
