ROME - The "Heroic Viticulture Manifesto" arrives to enhance the work of extreme winemakers and defend the environment and biodiversity. The initiative, which concerns the winemakers who work in the mountains, on a steep slope, and those of small islands, was conceived and developed by the Center for research, studies, safeguarding, coordination and enhancement for mountain viticulture (Cervim). The Manifesto, presented in recent weeks on the occasion of Vins Extrêmes, will be the protagonist and shared for the whole of 2020 on the occasion of events and wine shows.
