When the interview was over and we went out for commercials I went to hug her, not that it was really comforting or helpful in anything, but it was better than words in the air. She held my face with both hands, stroked me from the hair to my shoulders, dropped to my arms and stopped with my hands. She held both of my hands, looked abysmally sadly into my eyes, and said, "I saw you on a Galit and Ilanit show, broke my heart, be strong."

I exploded with laughter. It was so comical, so unexpected and so delusional - that I couldn't compose a sentence in Hebrew. I stuttered a bit and concluded, "What? Are you real ?!". She smiled a little, an embarrassed smile, with the side of her lips, as if she suddenly realized she was not human.

Many good things have been said about this woman, the lioness, the mother who instantly became an anonymous person for political, public and media warfare. For how she made such a sharp and complex transition it was "Piece of Cake," as impressive and noble as it was.

But I wanted to tell you that she also did the unbelievable for me. In the days when you would expect a person to be an egoist, self-centered and in a blinded-to situation, to think that he was currently just suffering on earth and getting all the legitimacy for it from the environment - she was able to see another person. It's supernatural, it's big.

Yaffa Issachar is made of the material from which beacons were lighted. People who are even in the lowest place have them. Zero self-pity, 100 percent inspiration. True, it did not save human life in the battles of Israel, nor did it invent a startup that changed history, but it gave each of us an example - how to manage a crisis without breaking it. How to talk and how to act, how to cherish the good and not to blame. We're not always good at it, sometimes we don't even try.

I think about it a lot, the lesson she gave me unintentionally. How lucky I was to know her when she was forced into my life and the whole country. How one bright day, one woman, became a leader. No aspirations to be published, without pretending.

I don't admire many people, but I admire her. I want to be like her, soft and strong. I want to see who is in front of me even when it's hard for me.

Suddenly it struck me that she, Miriam Peretz, Rona Ramon, her memory for blessing and many other women - were discovered as an ocean of giving as they became a public figure. And I wonder, maybe, it's just a hypothesis that each of us is one.

And if we're just lucky - we'll never know.
