(ANSA) - VENICE, JANUARY 26 - A baby gang of teenagers has followed, insulted and spit against a couple of tourists in Venice. The tourists themselves reported this to the owner of the place that hosted them. The couple was strolling along the bank of the Giudecca Canal, when the group of teenagers began to insult them and then spat on them. Law enforcement agencies so far have not received reports on the matter that will be investigated. It is assumed that the episode - if racially motivated - may be linked to the coronavirus epidemic.
