(ANSA) - NAPLES, JAN 25 - The installation 'Wolves coming' by the Chinese artist Liu Rouwang was vandalized in Naples, who with his iron wolves had catalyzed the attention of many tourists at the end of year parties in Piazza del City Hall.
Acting probably at night, strangers moved or rotated the heavy metal sculptures, changing and damaging the sense of the work. Some wolves - the entire installation consists of a hundred pieces, each weighing about three hundred kilos and all pointing to the center of the scene 'besieging' a hunter - were turned from the opposite side, lined up or brought closer together . The muzzle of one of the wolves has been smeared with red paint.
