(ANSA) - NUORO, JANUARY 28 - RenatoMacciotta, bankruptcy administrator of SharDna, one of the 11 defendants in the proceedings opened in Lanusei for the disappearance of 27 thousand test tubes from the Genos laboratories of Perdasdefogu, stolen in August 2016 and found a few months later in the San Giovanni di Dio hospital in Cagliari. The sentence was issued today by the Gup Nicola Clivio: for Macciotta the defender had asked for and obtained the abbreviated rite. Prosecutor Biagio Mazzeo had solicited a 9-month sentence.
The preliminary hearing in which the judge will have to comment on the request for indictment for the other 10 defendants has been postponed to January 25, due to the strike by the penalists.
