Ingredients

    • For the meatball mixture

    • 500 grams of ground chicken
    • 1 Persian coriander is well washed
    • 1 thinly chopped onion
    • 3 chopped garlic cloves
    • Salt
    • black pepper
    • For the sauce

    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 thinly chopped onion
    • 2 chopped garlic cloves
    • 300 Grams Tomato (3 small packs)
    • 2 boiling glasses
    • 6 prunes
    • 3 Persian Lemon Units

Preparation

    How to make rice and chicken patties in red Persian sauce?

  • Meatballs: Mix all ingredients well in a bowl in a uniform mass. Season with salt and black pepper. Make flat patties the size of a ping pong ball and allow to cool in the fridge.

  • Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: In a wide pot with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, fry the onion until golden, about 2-5 minutes. Add the garlic and continue to fry for just a minute.

  • Add the tomato paste and water and bring to a boil.

  • Puncture the lemons in the lime by thumbing the lemon peel and adding to the pot with the sweet plums. Cook on low heat for about 20 minutes and season with salt and pepper.

  • Put in the patties, one at a time and cook for another 20 minutes, until the patties are ready and well wrapped in red sauce.
