At the disposal of the investigating magistrate of Rome, Gina Cetrone, former regional councilor of Lazio of the PDL and currently regional coordinator of the party "Let's change! With Toti", was arrested by the men of the Mobile Squad of Latina. Four other people ended up in prison with her: Armando, Gianluca and Samuele Di Silvio and Umberto Pagliaroli.
The charges, for various reasons, are of extortion, acts of illicit competition and private violence, aggravated by the mafia method.The investigations were coordinated by the DDA of Rome and are also based on the contribution of the collaborators of justice Renato Pugliese and Riccardo Agostino. The facts date back to spring 2016.
According to what was reconstructed by the investigators Gina Cetrone and her husband Pagliaroli in April 2016, they asked - according to what is read in the ordinance - "the intervention of Samuele and Gianluca Di Silvio and Agostino Riccardo for the collection of the credit" claimed against an entrepreneur after having 'collected' the authorization of Armando Di Silvio known as Lallà, head of the mafia association ".
