For a long time, the space near the Lucifer Bar and Jasmino's Pita, two Tel Aviv institutions, stood on Allenby Street in Tel Aviv, empty, waiting for Saul Tevet to decide what to do with it. Tevet has a great historical past here, for 18 years has operated this restaurant Stephen Brown, the famous steakhouse until it has lost height and closed.
