(ANSA) - RIMINI, FEBRUARY 13 - Apostrophe with homophobic insults and then attacked and beaten by a group of young people: it happened in a nightclub in Cesenatico (Forlì-Cesena) last Saturday to a thirty-year-old from Rimini but the young man, as reported by Corrieredi Romagna, only after a few days did he find the courage to report what had happened.
To attack the thirty-year-old, his lawyer, Christian Guidi, explained to ANSA were several people who suddenly surrounded and beat him. Two in particular would be recognized by photographs. The victim was hit several times in the face and suffered a nose fracture that required surgery performed at the Cesena hospital. "He is still shocked - says the lawyer - He did not expect it especially in that type of party". The episode took place during a 'gay friendly' evening. Yesterday a petition was filed against eight people and the hypotheses of crime are serious lesions and racial hatred.
