Chef Ezra Kedem is successful in Tel Aviv and is setting up a temporary restaurant within the Vicki Christina restaurant where he will serve, along with chef Amir Naor, a menu based on dishes from the Arcadia studio and raw materials from the Jerusalem Mountains.
The Christina Vicki restaurant is divided into two, one area with high seating and it is called Christina, and the second area with low seating and the viki machine. Chefs Kedem and Naor will settle in the space known as Vicki and serve a menu based on Israeli and seasonal cuisine for three months, with an emphasis on Jerusalem dishes and raw materials from Kedem's vegetable garden in Ein Kerem. There will be dishes like Bloody Smoked Green Salad with Pickled Lemons, Green Weeds and Wild Sumac (NIS 29); Cereal risotto (NIS 38); Pickled fish of 100 gates (NIS 49); Calamari Arcadia Tahini Yogurt (NIS 46); Shawarma Classic from lamb shoulder with homemade spice mix, flatbread, tahini yogurt, home-grown salad and tomatoes (NIS 54); Veal tartar with Judean leaves, capers, pickled lemon and olive oil bloody (NIS 37); Tishpishtil, semolina cake and almonds (NIS 28). The temporary restaurant will be open Tuesday through Saturday, starting at 6 p.m.

Reviva and Celia are dedicating Friday to Paris with a one-of-a-kind pop-up dedicated to the most iconic sweet French pastry - the schnitzel. On Friday, February 21 (9am to 2pm) alongside the usual artisanal menu, a special puffs menu will be served. You can take a peek over the glass showcase, where the staff will trust the plethora of puffs and fills, with Ofer Barak's confectionery workshop making up the most famous French puff pastry that is the famous Crocombush. You can taste classic tincture with vanilla patisserie; Chocolate creme and dark chocolate temper; Pistachio ganache pistachio, pearl crunch with chocolate temper; Caramel muslin with crackling caramel coating; Patisserie Perlina (NIS 5-7).

Yifat Grain, which is not Fifi's Little Asian Restaurant from the Levinsky Market in Tel Aviv, is picking up its Asian confectionery project again and is holding a pop-up of a variety of exotic Asian pastries on Friday, February 21 and 28, Sweet and savory, everything is handmade and can also be taken home with Evie. There will be strawberry lime pie and basil on a salty miso dough; Crack and White Chocolate Pie; Sticky Ban with Cinnamon, Sichuan and Caramel Miso; Salted miso dough stuffed with white chocolate, almonds and fermented persimmons; Vegan Japanese Moon Cake - a thin, sweet dough wrapped with ganache pistachio and cocoa butter wrapped in almond cream and mache; Japanese moon cake stuffed with smoked and dismantled goose confit with pickled yolk, minced goose sauce and coconut cream; Vegan burx stuffed with mushrooms and miso; Croissants stuffed with a variety of things like chestnut curry, Jerusalem artichoke and black mustard seeds; And there will also be Bubble Tee for two flavors, one lime with a tartlet stuffed with lime cream and whipped cream and the other one with Bubbly Tee Mache Pistachio with tartlet stuffed ganache pistachio and whipped cream that you can also ask for vegan.
