Coppola: 7-year sentence confirmed for bankruptcy appeal

Danilo Coppola, the Roman real estate agent among the protagonists at the time of the investigation on the 'subtle neighborhood', was confirmed by the 7-year sentence ordered at first instance also in the appeal process for bankruptcies of the 2004 Real Estate Group, of Mib Prima and Porta Vittoria, the company that has a project to relaunch a Milanese residential area, which went bankrupt in 2013, July 2015 and April 2016. This was decided by the second section chaired by Piero Gamacchio.
