The lawyer of the family of Fernando Báez Sosa , Fernando Burlando, said that the Prosecutor's Office has communications between the rugbiers charged with the crime of Villa Gesell in which they admit the murder and ask for "flowers to smoke."
"There are pieces within the evidence granted by the Prosecutor's Office that are of fundamental importance, which have not yet been evaluated. I say a lightness, communications where flowers were requested after committing the act and where they announce that they had killed a person. Then he tells her : 'We kill one, when you bring the flowers to smoke,' "said the lawyer.
The lawyer also stated, in statements to the A24 news channel, that if it were for him "he would condemn all" those charged with the murder.
