After a day of heat that exceeded 40 degrees in different areas of the country , the National Meterological Service (SMN) issued a weather alert for strong storms for eight provinces, in which storms of varying intensity are expected that may be accompanied by strong electrical activity, abundant water fall in short periods, bursts and hail fall. After 21, it started raining in the City.

The alarm includes Córdoba, Corrientes, Centro and north of Entre Ríos, East of Formosa, Misiones, San Luis, Santa Fe and Buenos Aires.

The announcement comes after a day of overwhelming heat. At four o'clock this Sunday, the thermal sensation climbed, for example, in the City at 39.3 degrees and the effect of humidity (53%) completed the feeling of overwhelm. The temperature was 33.9 and had already exceeded the peak of 32.4 on Saturday.

Already from noon on Sunday he gave clear signs that it was going to be another heavy day for Buenos Aires. At 14, for example, the City was thus ranked 12th of the hottest places in the country.

At that time, the ranking was led by the city of Santiago del Estero - where Central Córdoba and Boca must play at night - with a thermal sensation of ... 43.3 degrees !! Only 4 other cities had 14 records above 40: Resistencia (42.7), Sunchales (42.2), Santa Fe (41.5) and Corrientes (40.8).

That is why now much of the country will be visited by storms. The National Meteorological Service requested caution for the affected areas that will have the presence of much water fall, electrical activity, bursts and hail.
