The Minister of Public Administration, Fabiana Dadone, and the President of the Accademia della Crusca in Florence, Claudio Marazzini have signed an agreement to encourage the good use of the Italian language in communication between administration and citizens , for the use of an understandable and non-bureaucratic in the documents, documents and correspondence of the PA. The collaboration has the aim of carrying out studies and research on the use of the Italian language in public administrations; organize, also in collaboration with other bodies, refresher courses, elaborate suggestions on simplification, clarity and homogeneity of the texts of public administrations.
"The important thing is to bring citizens closer to the complicated language of the documents of the so-called 'bureaucrats'", explained Dadone recalling that the two-year renewable agreement "provides for the activation of a working group that will give advice to those who work in the Public Administration, to be able to help citizens understand the acts ".
