Prosecutor Verónica Zamboni, in charge of the investigation for the crime of Fernando Báez Sosa (18) in Villa Gesell, asked today that the eight rugby detainees be considered "co-authors" of the incident on January 18 at the door of the bowling Le Brique

So far, that qualification was only limited to Máximo Thomsen (20) and Ciro Pertossi (19).

The remaining detainees -Luciano (18) and Lucas Pertossi (20), Enzo Comelli (19), Matías Benicelli (20), Blas Cinalli (18) and Ayrton Viollaz (20) - were considered "necessary participants", although now Zamboni le asked the judge of Guarantees David Mancinelli to be charged as "co-authors". Both crimes contemplate a penalty to life imprisonment.

Alejo Milanesi (20) and Juan Pedro Guarino (19), released last week, are still under investigation.

The decision of Zamboni was known the same day that the defense lawyer of the accused, Hugo Tomei, challenged the prosecutor.

Tomei had denounced Zamboni for "illegitimate deprivation of liberty, false public instrument and breach of the duties of a public official".

In his opinion, the forms established in articles 308 to 315 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the province of Buenos Aires were not correctly complied with.
