The slogan resonated early. In the radios, in the WhatsApp groups, in the flashes of the television news, in the online portals, in the social networks and even in the lunettes of the collectives. This Tuesday in the Plaza de los Dos Congresos began the concentration demanded by Justice by Fernando Báez Sosa, the 19-year-old boy brutally murdered at the door of a bowling alley in Villa Gesell. The march will begin formally at 6pm.
It was Graciela, her mother, who had emphasized the call: asked not to be left alone. Neither she nor her husband, Silvino, who exactly one month ago answered the call from a police station in Gesell: they told her that Fernando was dead. Julieta Rossi, the teenager's girlfriend at the time of his homicide, was also a central part of the call.
From early on, several groups of students of the Marianista de Caballito College - from which Fernando and Julieta graduated in 2018 - agreed to reach the Congress together. As it transpired, the lyrics of Victor Heredia's song "The Mysterious Dragon" circulated among them : it was one of Fernando's favorites.
Among those who had confirmed their presence in the demonstration are Matías Bagnato, the only survivor of the so-called Massacre of Flowers, and Juan Carlos Blumberg, Axel's father, kidnapped and murdered in 2004. Virginia Gómez, the 17-year-old will also participate in the call. years that Fernando practiced CPR after the brutal beating for which there are ten men between 18 and 21 years accused of double aggravated homicide.

Eight of those ten defendants - they are all from Zárate rugbiers - remain detained in Dolores. This Wednesday is expected to give an investigative statement: the prosecutor of the case, Verónica Zamboni, asked to be considered as co-authors of the crime. The judge of Guarantees David Mancinelli considered that the homicide fits the aggravation of the alevosía.
Fernando's murder shocked Argentina. Images of how they attack him from behind and kick his head while lying on the floor were spread. Videos were disseminated in which those accused of their crime buy and eat at a fast food shop a few hours after the murder and with other clothes.
