The father of Carolina Aló, the teenager who in 1996 was murdered of 113 stabs by her boyfriend Fabián Tablado in Tigre, delivered on Tuesday at the Justice of San Isidro the more than 100,000 signatures she collected in a petition she made so that the femicide He was not released in 10 days when his sentence was served and wondered if they were going to release him "to kill again."

Edgardo Aló led an act in front of the Criminal Enforcement Court 1 of San Isidro, located on Avenida Centenario 456, where he was accompanied by several relatives of other victims of femicides.

There he handed to the owner of that court, Alejandro David, a box with a letter from him and a CD containing the more than 100,000 signatures collected through the change.org site in a petition entitled "That my daughter's femicidal killer Fabián Tablado remain imprisoned !! "

"We want to present in this courthouse the more than 100,000 signatures so that it is aware that society has already said enough , that it does not want more deaths of women or that these femicides come out," Aló told reporters.

He added: “We want to raise awareness among these judges. We want Judge David to have the responsibility, and if not say who is responsible, for the freedom of Fabián Tablado . ”

On the psychological and psychiatric expertise to which femicide was subjected on Monday to determine if it is dangerous for his ex-wife and daughters, Aló said: “This jackal was subjected to studies yesterday and I am convinced that he will be negative "

“Before that I would like to know these judges what attitude they are going to take. Are they going to give Fabian Tablado freedom, leave him on the street to kill him again? ", he claimed.

He also questioned the fact that if the expert reports are negative "they will simply put a restriction area on his wife and daughters" and questioned that they have forgotten some measure of protection "for Carolina's family."

Aló was accompanied by Jimena Aduriz, mother of Ángeles Rawson, the teenager killed in 2013 by goalkeeper Jorge Mangeri in Palermo; Matías Bagnato, the only survivor of the so-called "Flower Massacre"; the parents of Wanda Taddei, who died after being burned by her husband, former Callejeros drummer Eduardo Vázquez; and the parents of Soledad Barga, murdered in 2009 in Caballito by a prisoner with temporary exits, among other relatives of victims.

Tablado will recover his freedom on February 28 , when, according to the calculation of the penalty in his file, his sentence is considered fulfilled.

For the crime of Aló, Tablado was sentenced in 1998 to 24 years in prison for “simple homicide” , but in 2013 he added another sentence to two years and six months in jail for “coercion” after threatening to death the woman with the who married while in prison and had twin daughters, Roxana Villarejo, and her mother.

The sentence was unified in 26 years and a half of prison for the two causes that were to be exhausted in 2022, but thanks to the already repealed Law of "2x1" and the courses he did in prison as "educational stimulus", the calculation of the penalty was reduced and will be terminated on February 28, when he will recover his freedom.

Carolina Aló's 17-year-old crime was one of the most resonant cases in Argentine criminal history. It happened on May 27, 1996 at the Tablado family house, located at Albarellos 348, in Tigre.
