Ingredients
- 150 grams brown sugar (1/2 cup)
- 150g white sugar (3/4 cup)
- 150 grams of butter at room temp
- 1 egg
- 1 protein
- 10 grams milk (2 tablespoons)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 100g white flour (3/4 cup)
- 30 grams whole flour (3 tablespoons)
- 3 g baking powder (1/4 bag)
- 130 ounces thin oats (1/3 1 cups)
- 130 gag nuts or chopped pecans
- Pecan nuts or halved bleached almonds
For decoration
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grind the oats in a food processor and set aside.
Mix the brown sugar in the mixer with a guitar hook for about 30 seconds. Then add the regular sugar and butter together and continue to mix, until a uniform mixture is obtained.
Add the egg, protein, milk and vanilla, with the mixer running at medium speed. Immediately afterwards, it stops.
Add the flour, whole flour, baking powder, quaker and nuts. Stir slowly, until uniform.
Using a spoon or perfume bag, make cookies that are 3 cm apart over a lined baking sheet.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
