(ANSA) - ROME, FEBRUARY 19 - The Senate room has approved the majority resolution on Prime Minister Conco's communications on the EU budget. The document had 150 votes in favor, 101 against and 13 abstentions. The motion commits the government to work towards "a European budget capable of meeting future challenges", clarifying that "the proposal by President Michel on the budget, despite some slight steps forward compared to the negotiating framework of the Finnish presidency, still does not appear adequate compared to the ambitions of Europe ".
