There aren't too many reasons for Tel Aviv to envy culinary people, or at all. True, there is a worker, the Givatayim mythological sibhia, is still there, but if we tell the truth, there are some options for sabhia that do not fall out of it in Tel Aviv. But for the past two and a half years, something has changed in the balance of power, and this is something called Ruitman.
Eran Schroitman, the esteemed chef of the former Orca restaurant and founder of the peacock bar, left Tel Aviv and the restaurant life for several years, investing his time in the development of bread, dough and a single parsley that has already become his hallmark. When Schroytman decided two and a half years ago that he was due to return to business, he chose not to do so in the center of Tel Aviv, where he feared he might be lost among the dizzying selection that the big city has to offer, but rather in the quiet Yitzhak Yitzhak neighborhood, which is in Tel Aviv , It is much closer to Givatayim, and so, the Givatayim very quickly turned Schroitman into their home coffee, and Tel Aviv occasionally gave a snack to a snack.

So hear? Soon this little advantage is also about to end, Tel Aviv no longer has to cross Ayalon to the east. Eran Schroitman opens another space in the center of Tel Aviv. The space left by Raz Rahav's sandwich ducks, in the Sol Hotel lobby, on Tchernichovsky Street, after it closed about six months ago, will soon fill Schroitman, with another branch of his cafe.
The menu at the new Schroitman is currently expected to be quite similar to that of Yitzhak Yitzhak, with sandwiches like cream herring, smoked salmon, goat's goat, egg salad and more, which come in the same famous parsley, or with great sour bread, the boutique baked goods that contain chocolate or cinnamon, the spoliatella bakery Italian Punch, Salads, Black Bean Salad and more.
Later, more small ones may be added, adapting themselves to the Tel Aviv nuances, such as different appetizers.

Designer Dan Troum is working on the design of the place right now, and is expected to undergo some renovation and facelift before it opens to the public. The idea is that the place's kitchen will not be as open as it used to be, but will become a store where Shroitman's pastries can be bought at home. Unlike Ducky's Sandwich, the place will function as a coffee shop for all intents and purposes, with about 50 seats - inside and outside, as well as high seating on the bar overlooking the outside.
Why wait?
