The Ministry of Health will begin Thursday to enforce the isolation order set by the Corona outbreak. The ministry makes it clear that a breach of the isolation order in the home may amount to a criminal charge that carries up to 7 years in prison if committed in malice, and up to 3 years in prison if done out of negligence.

The Ministry of Health reported that the Department of Supervision and Enforcement in the Ministry of Health began enforcement activities of the order. "The Ministry of Health regards the public as being required to isolate a full partner in preventing the outbreak of illness in Israel. We are convinced that they will show responsibility to their family, friends, and to sick and weak people in society and reduce the risk of infection," the ministry statement said.

It is also reported that anyone who wants to report a home insulation violation can do so through the Health Ministry's Corona dedicated information site.

World Health Organization chairman Tadros Adhnum Grabhisos warned today that the corona virus is now almost completely affecting China, but that could soon change. "We encourage the trend of improving the diagnosis and treatment of corona disease, but it is not time to be complacent. The number of corona cases in the world has been much lower than in China but it may not stay that way for a long time, "Tadros said.

On January 27, Health Minister Jacob Litzman signed a decree, under the Public Health Ordinance, which adds the new Corona virus to a list of diseases of international importance that require immediate notification. The order allows the office of the office's director, head of public health, Professor Sigal Sadecki, and county physicians "to take all necessary steps to deal with the outbreak of the virus, if and when it turns out it has arrived in Israel." Among other things, the order allows for the hospitalization of a person diagnosed As a patient in Corona, in case he does not agree to be found in hospital isolation. On February 2, Health Ministry Director-General Moshe Bar Seaman signed a decree to deal with the virus. On February 12, another order was issued allowing for compulsory isolation in a hospital.

Meanwhile, the downward trend in corona infection is causing optimism among virus researchers. The virus's growth rate is declining in both China and the rest of the world, and if the current decay rate continues - it will take between 14-21 days for a final eruption of the outbreak. However, researchers still disagree on the percentage of the deaths from the virus, due to the difficulty of calculating the exact proportion of the dead from the disease during the time they contracted the virus. Therefore, mortality rates can range from 2% to 34%.
