The lawyer who defends them, Hugo Tomei, appealed to her and now it will be Room I of the Chamber of Appeals and Guarantees of Dolores that decides. As he did from the beginning, the lawyer does not refer at any time to the criminal qualification or the accusations, but to the nullities that he observes in the process.

Those five defendants had also said that they are convicted by the media and among other complaints they said that in the Penal Unit 6 of Dolores, where they are housed, they are threatened by other prisoners, who tell them that they are going to rape them.
