(ANSA) - BOLOGNA, FEBRUARY 23 - Suspension of the activities of schools of all levels, kindergartens, universities, demonstrations and events and all forms of aggregation in public or private places, educational outings and competitions. These are the measures adopted in Emilia-Romagna to counter the spread of Coronavirus, valid until the next March 1st inclusive. The order was signed by the President Stefano Bonaccini and the Minister of Health Roberto Speranza. Further measures are being evaluated for Piacenza and the Piacenza area, in agreement with local institutions.
"We have decided to put in place a series of measures to ensure that the spread of the virus can be tackled by offering the best possible conditions of safety and protection for citizens - says President Bonaccini - I really want to thank all the health professionals, and I am talking about doctors, biologists, technicians, nurses and all those who have been working for days, as far as they are doing, which is truly ordinary ".
