On Saturday 29 February at midnight, SMEs with more than 50 employees will therefore have to publish their index on their website and communicate it to their social and economic committee (CES) as well as to the labor inspectorate. As 99% of the 1250 companies with more than 1000 employees did it a year ago and which must update it today.
