Tonight will end the fourth season of "The Chef's Games." The finalists (network 13, 21:15) reached three finalists: Avishag Levy, Eliad Danon and Eden David. Avishag and Eliad were on Chef Asaf Granit's team, while Eden was on Chef Yossi Sheetrit's team. Chef Moshik Roth's team has no representatives in the final.

The season was joined by a fourth-judge program, Erez Komarovsky, who, though he did not have his own team, managed to get on with viewers at home and was also given the right to rescue challengers who were ousted in the early stages. Komarowski first experienced one season of "Chef's Games: Confectionary" before coming to the master's program.

"I think I brought a different kind of perspective to the panel of mentors," Komarowski (57) concludes his first season on the show, "I didn't come from the grandmother's food and nostalgia angle, but from a slightly different angle. Why didn't you have a team?

"They brought me to a different position, a little above the competition, one that is trying to help the contestants and other mentors. I tried to bring things up that would give them more tools."

"I'm still debating, don't know what to decide."

Could it be that because you didn't have a team, you felt you could be tougher for the contestants?

"I don't know if I was tougher. I told the truth and what I was feeling, I didn't think I was tough."

By the way, during the season you stood out with your hands. Why, really?

"Of course I eat with my hands. Louis XIV also eats with my hands. In the Far East eating with my hands. It's not a matter of politeness but just a cultural difference. I eat with my hands because I want to feel the warmth and texture, it's sensual to me." .

Where did you enjoy more, in the pastry season that was baking or this season, about cooking?

"I have two hats. One day I bake and one day I make a salad. On television, I think cooking is more suited to television. Bread and cake take longer to be prepared - which is limiting, but I love them both."

You had a few crushing sentences that became stickers, like "Death to Canola." Was it planned or did you pull it off?

"It came out completely by chance. I have opinions, and it's nice that it caught on."

Do you think a challenger should be in the final and did not reach it?

"This final is going to be very serious. There are some contestants who were really good. There were a lot of very serious contestants who are not only good chefs, like Daniel Shalit and Renan, but because of the pressure of time, the need to improvise, the competition and the cameras - they fell short. A possibility for everyone to be in the finals. I myself could not face such a competition or win it, because it is very difficult pressures. I admire the contestants for standing up to it. "
