Wine, 23 million bottles of Primitivo Manduria in 2019

BARI - The turnover of Primitivo di Manduria was 140 million euros, of which almost 17 million liters were bottled in 2019, for about 23 million bottles of wine (about 12% more than 2018 ), 70% of which are destined for abroad. This was announced by the Consortium for the protection of the Primitivo di Manduria.

In particular, the PDO represents 91.8% of the bottled Primitivo, the Reserve 7.65%, the natural sweet DOCG 0.55%. 144 bottling companies.
