Before the spread of the coronavirus, Aerolineas Argentinas announced that it will allow its customers to change tickets with destinations to China and Italy, in principle, until next May 31.

As detailed by the flag airline, the exchange will be enabled for passengers who planned to travel to or from China, until May 31 , and from or to Italy, until March 31 .

The cases of those who have been in the last 15 days in China and who are therefore not allowed to enter the United States, New Zealand, Australia, Tahiti and Paraguay will also be considered.

"The changes will be authorized for both paid tickets and passengers of Airlines Plus for one time, purchased through direct channels or travel agencies," they clarified from Airlines.

They indicated that the changes of dates or route will be allowed "without penalty for all tickets purchased to fly until 11/30/2020, paying only the difference in fare if applicable" and that the return of the ticket will be made "of according to the conditions of the contracted rate ".

To carry out the procedure, passengers who had to travel or return from China must submit a copy of the ticket to that country, "in case they have not bought all the sections with Aerolineas Argentinas and it is impossible for the company to view it in the system" .

The same requirement will be requested for those customers who planned to travel or return from Italy.

For more information, passengers can call 0810-222-86527 or their travel agency.
