Césars 2020: “Les Misérables” big winner, the uneasiness Polanski, discover the complete winners

In a tempestuous climate, the 45th Césars ceremony rewarded the exceptional cinematographic vintage of the year 2019 in France on Friday evening. With four Césars, "Les Misérables" is the big winner of this evening.
