Son with pupil, the house arrest of the accused was lifted

Precautionary home custody measures for the 31-year-old accused of sexual violence against the boy who gave him English lessons from which in the summer of 2018 he even had a son were revoked by the court of Prato. The measure was replaced with a ban on women from approaching the boy. The 31-year-old was under house arrest from 27 March 2019 and is charged with the process resulting from the investigation opened by the prosecutor's office in Prato on a complaint from the boy's family. The mother had sensed her state of agitation and managed to be told what had happened. The husband of the private English teacher, accused of 'alteration of status', is also accused in the trial, in essence he would have lied by attributing the paternity of the child born instead of the relationship of his wife with the minor, now 15 years old.
