Doctor Philippe Pinilo decided to confine himself after the death of one of his patients, Dominique V., the first French victim of the coronavirus who died Tuesday at the Pitié-Salpêtrière hospital. The general practitioner of Crécy, in Oise, had diagnosed his patient with influenza. "Nothing predisposes in a clinical examination to be able to suspect a coronavirus" he affirms.
The doctor also describes the daily life of his "fortnight" in confinement.
