After it was reported that an Israeli returning from Italy had contracted the virus, it was revealed that he did not provide the full details of where he was staying • Only after the list was published to the public did he show evidence that he had been in many other places for many hours •

At the Ministry of Health this morning (Friday) released the detailed list of places the Israeli Corona patient who returned from Italy visited. It now becomes clear that the full list was only received after testimony from people who saw it at different times from those who first reported it. In light of this, the office confronted the patient with the evidence and threatened that it was a criminal offense that would result in police intervention. Only after the threats - the patient provided the additional information.

Corona virus spread status worldwide

The office emphasizes: "Anyone who has been in close contact - less than two meters for 15 minutes or more - must immediately go into a home isolation for 14 days and report it on the Ministry of Health website."

So far, some 300 people have been in need of isolation following the announcement. It is estimated that in light of the multiple hours of stay at the Red Pirate store and the fact that it was a Purim period - and the store was attended by many customers - the number of people in contact with the patient would exceed 15 minutes. As mentioned, these people are required to go into isolation and contact MDA if they suffer from Corona symptoms.
